Do you love animals? I do! Which is why I have a Mallard duck, 5 Indian Runner ducks, 6 chickens, 3 rabbits, 14 fish and 2 degus! And no I don’t live on a farm, well not yet anyway…
My Mallard duck, named Ducky Duck, lives in the house and dislikes water! She was saved as a duckling after being abandoned by her mother and was very close to drowning. Ducky swallowed a coin and had to have an operation costing £600 pounds to have it removed from her giblet or she could have died. Ducky Duck has been reported in local Essex papers, the Sunday People and has been mentioned on the Matthew Wright show.
This left me thinking that it would be nice to have had our other animals attended to while we were at the vets. Similarly many other pet owners need help with walking their dogs or to their cats being fed and watered while the owners have to be absent for a few days due to family issues or simply a weekend break or holiday.
I have often house sat for friends looking after their pet or pets whilst they have been on holiday but what if friends or relatives are unavailable to look after a pet? This is where YOU come in!
Animal Walkers has been set up to provide a service for pet owners, from walking the dog, looking after cats or any animal to house sitting for people away from their homes and want the reassurance that their pet will be okay on their return. Many pet owners do not like putting their dog in kennels or their cat in a cattery while they are away. Animal Walkers provides a caring, reliable and trusted service for owners willing to pay for this peace of mind.
You will need to be an animal lover, trustworthy and responsible and require general heath in able to walk a dog or feed a variety of animals.
For a small start-up fee the Pink Indian Group will assist you in creating your own Animal Walker service with contacts in your area and establishing on-going contracts with registered pet owners of the Animal Walker service in order to establish trust and relations with pet owners and their beloved pets.

This is ideal if you have a love of animals. Animal Walkers is a company based on helping out our pet lovers. From cat sitting to dog sitting. Home visits. To walking someones beloved dog. We offer our services to people with all types of animals, from day to day visits (caring for peoples pets whilst they are at work ie. walking, feeding) to longer term care, ie holidays. Sometimes simple things like vets visits can not be scheduled into an owners work day!
Animal Walkersis based in the clients own home, not yours, but this is entirely your decision, especially for longer term care.
For the price of £500 you will get your own area of business. We will help you with your business planning, financial business support & back up, mentoring during the initial operation, support you whilst recruiting, help with annual business planning & development advice and help with marketing, locally & nationally through our site.
The £500 is for the first 12 months of business and if you don’t want to run the business After the 12 months you wont have to renew but you can if you want to stay a member of
Animal Walkers.
Hours
Hours are flexible. You can work around your ongoing commitments (ie family). You can stop thinking of working
9-5 hours and working more on hours that suit you.
Your hours are your own so please Feel free to work

Earning Potential

Best Suits
Someone who is hardworking & dedicated. You must have a good telephone manner and be computer literate.
You must have your own computer and telephone line. Must be over the age of 18 and have a general awareness of the businesses people value i.e. being friendly etc.
